Ensure your files are jpeg or tiff (format) @ preferably 300 dpi (resolution). For further insructions click here.

Just drag and drop the folder containing your images onto the applet window to upload or use the optional browse button to select your files. To use the public ftp folder enter these details in the "connect to" pop up window:

Destination ftp:// ftp.retouch.com.au
Username: public@retouch.com.au
Password: public

Please note, this is a public area, your files may be seen by other clients. As soon as we are aware of your upload, we will remove your file(s). Private folder logins are available if you are a regular client or would like the extra privacy. Please contact us to arrange.
